Exhaustsystem |
 |
With my new computersoftware program,i have a ability to
taylormade a exhaustsystem to anykind of twostroke engines from
chainsaws to snowmobiles. I can shape anykind of taper and shape
with one,two or three stagediffusors or reversecones. When the
shape of the exhaustsystem is decided, you print out every
section that is shown on the display, put every peice of paper
whith a coneprofile on the sheetmetal and cut it out. Then you
roll it to a round peice and weld the edges together. I can
fabricate a solution from paper to a made exhaustpipe.

Zündapp expansion chamber
A expansionchamber
specaly develloped for Zündapp 70 cc. The exhaustkit is avalible
in three stages: First stage is a build youre self kit with redy
made computeraided drawings that is shown above on this page.
Price from 75 €
Stage two is a readyrolled kit: with all the details shown on
the picture ready to be welded by you . I strongly recomend to
weld it with TIG or with a gaswelder with a nossle delivering
25-50 L. MIG welding make the sheetmetal schrink too much and
will easyly make the exhaust crack.
Price from 216 €
Or if you prefer a readymade one by youres truely. The only
thing you have to do is weld a mountingbracket and the flange
that is delivered with the kit to make the exhaust fit exactly
to youre motorcycle.

These pictures shows a damage RS 125 exhaust. The rear end is
exposed and not easy to protect when you go down. So what you
have to do in this case, is to cut off the damaged part and
manufact a new one. |
 |
This picture
shows the lack of roundness in a blown factorymade exhaust. That
is one of the reasons why roling cones that are welded is so
much better. |

This is one of
the features you can get if you order a repair of the
tailsection. It is a changeable bleederpipe mounting. Very good
to have for instance when it's raining, it is possible to attach
a smaller bleederpipe for higher backpressure to maintain
pipetemperature and better velocity. |
